I have been going to Madoka for several years for various treatments and go back whenever I can. Dawn, Wendy and Lisa always make me feel welcome and relaxed. I would definitely recommend them.

Madoka is a salon iv been going to for around 3 years, i wouldnt go anywhere else. every time i go no matter what treatment, its always a relaxing one. Dawn, Wendy and Lisa are all such lovely ladies who bring so much to the salon.. The salon is clean, tidy and has a very relaxed atmosphere. I have recommended/brought many friends with me in the past and a few of them are now regular customers at Madoka. The pricing of the treatments is just right, not to expensive and not to cheap. They offer a wide variety of Dermologica products will is also handy to. I wouldnt go anywhere else :-)

Since moving to the states I have missed this salon so much. The treatments are fantastic,so much attention to detail,the whole experience of going to Madoka was wonderful! Madoka is an fabulous place. I personally travel from out of town to Derby specifically to get waxed here. Wendy (the fastest waxer in the west!) is extremely kind and caring. She works quickly but with precision and the outcome is exactly what you wish for. All the ladies in the Salon are very friendly and professional. I love this place - I relocated from the states and once I found Madoka and never looked back. These ladies are professional and excellent at what they do. I always enjoy my visits to Madoka. The girls are all professional yet friendly and the treatments are lush ! They prices are very competitive for a high end salon in a lovely area of Derby's Cathedral Quarter
