Tyler has been doing my highlights for over a year now and I absolutely love the result every time. He's a lovely guy, works really hard and is excellent at his job. All staff are super friendly too!

First time having my hair cut at Toni & Guy and I will absolutely be returning. I had a complete restyle and the stylist knew exactly what I wanted from my description. I was offered drinks regularly and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. It’s by far the best hair cut I’ve ever had! Lucy was both meticulous and friendly.

I had Amy today who was fantastic, an absolute asset to Toni & Guy she had a wealth of experience which this is evident in her work. Thank you Amy.

I went in with a heavy blunt cut that didn’t suit my face shape. Lucy cut it to a more flattering length and blended all my ends so I had no harsh layers. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely be returning. Thank you Lucy

I was really well looked after by Sarah and Jessica. Sarah did an excellent job on my cut. She was so attentive and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and delivered ?

I always go into Toni and Guy thinking I know what I want (hair colour changes is what I'm on about), not knowing that it might not be able to be done, Sarah thankfully knows me well, knows my ideas and then works with what can be achieved so I always go away feeling happy, even if it's not what I originally asked for, this is called managing your customer's expectations and Sarah is a whizz at it.

Jess rescued my hair after I was deviated after a local salon had chopped 6 inches off my curly hair then straightened. After crying & explaining to Jess, who listened understood the brief & carried it out to an extremely high standard. I went from a crying reck to skipping happily out of toni&guy. They fit me in at short notice they could see how upset I was, they were kind helpful & professional. Jess’s experience & talent really shows in her people skills as well as in her hair dressing. Jess has passion in what she does & loves to see her clients happy. Jess listens & understands what people want with their. Jess understands how important your hair is to u. Amazing. Amy Ward was absolutely amazing! I explained and showed her exactly what I wanted and told her how nervous I was due to past experiences of had hairdressers! She went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and explained each part of my treatment she’s a fantastic hairdresser she transformed my look and made it look just as I wanted! Can’t thank her enough! Thanks guys!
