Booked for a blow dry , but wanted advice about issues I had with my hair . Kieran talked me through what he could do to achieve a better result, I was really pleased with the result. Kieran is a very knowledgeable and talented person.

Tyler and Dee are always professional and listens to what you want and gives the best advice. The staff in the whole salon are friendly and welcoming. Just a lovely experience everytime I go. All staff are a credit to this salon.

Tyler very kindly fit me in last minute, and did a fantastic job on my colour (like he always does). I wasn’t entirely sure on what colour service I needed, but after a consultation he advised on what would be best to achieve the result I desired. And to top it off, Tyler did the BEST bouncy blow dry on my extremely long hair which Is not the easiest to do. I was very happy with the outcome and shall definitely return for my next appointment.

Amazing colour and treatment, very happy with it and how it looks! . However I was unallowed the student discount when paying, even though I showed my student ID. Usually when I use this service at any Tony & Guy branch I am allowed this discount to be applied every time

I had an appointment booked was notified that my stylist had been taken ill and was offered a different stylist. The whole situation was handled in a very professional way in very difficult conditions and needless to say I was very happy with my cut and style excellent customer service. I usually have my hair cut with Dee but Charlie did a good job of getting my hair ready for the hot weather. And it even looks good without me blow drying it.

Hair nothing like what I asked for, patchy in areas. Won’t be coming back

Every time I come for a haircut I give him a v specific brief for what I need changing and fixing, and every time he takes my ideas and executes them perfectly on my head. I don’t plan to let anyone else cut my hair ever again.

My first choice always is Toni&Guy because every time I go there I get the best service. I had a haircut on Friday at 1:30 pm with Kieran who was so confident about what he was doing and Kieran was really good to listen what I want as a client and he was very professional. I'm so happy with my haircut and thank you for the great service.

Always an enjoyable visit to get my hair done at T&G Derby! If you have shorter hair (or a bob like me) you know you need a very attentive stylist who takes the time to deliver a precision finish. Dee delivers every time. In depth discussion on lifestyle and hair condition followed by an excellent cut every single time. Very talented hairdresser and a thoroughly nice person to boot.

Must also add here that Tyler is a fantastic colour technician and the previous time I was leaving the salon another customer of a similar vintage to me (over 40) mentioned how lucky I was not to have gone grey. Hats off to Tyler for my natural looking colour.

There are several other talented staff members at the salon, all very friendly and the recent refurb is very stylish. In summary, book with confidence - you’ll be in safe hands.

Always lovely and beautiful hair

I came to the salon wanting a drastic chop but I needed a bit of guidance of how to achieve the look I wanted with it being as low maintenance as possible... Kieran talked me through the options, gave me his advise and even spoke to other stylist to see if they had other ideas to consider.. it gave me peace of mind that he really care and on top of that he's just a lovely guy .. I love my new hair and I'll defo be back to see him soon. Thank you Kieran!
