Sarah always takes her time and does an excellent job of my colour, its abit expensive but I certainly would pay it as the colour last ages, friendly staff.
I would definitely recommend its the best my hairs every looked.

Lucy always does my hair perfectly. She listens and takes note of what I like and does a beautiful balayage. Makes me feel so much like myself after working so hard as a nurse in the NHS. She's a very talented stylist and I won't go to anyone else.

Dee is so so lovely, you can tell how passionate he is when he speaks about hairdressing and clearly loves his job. I was very pleased with the cut and style, he certainly had his work cut out after my disastrous lockdown attempt!

I'm sorry I cant remember the name of my stylist. Due to masks it was hard to hear her name.
I am extremely pleased with my haircut. My stylist gave good advice. She gave her opinion on my ideas when I asked but she was not pushy. She didnt just go along with what I said though, she gave good insight on how the style might look on me and helped me slightly adapt my style idea. She gave the opinion that she really cares about her clients' satisfaction with their cuts. She was warm and friendly and I would definitely return and ask for the same stylist. No COVID concerns. All staff were vigilant and there was no unnecessary physical contact. Much appreciated. Happy Christmas.

Dee is awesome, so knowledgeable, always makes my hair look great and is friendly and funny.
He and the manager really looked after me today when I wasn’t very well in the salon. All done quietly and without fuss. A great experience all round.

Not had my hair cut for a couple of years due to bad experiences, however I was in dire need of a good cut so booked in at Toni and Guy. My stylist made me feel really comfortable and did exactly as I asked for. Created a gorgeous colour and cut it exactly as I wanted. My hair looks and feels amazing now, thank you so much! The other staff member who washed my hair and did my treatment was also lovely, really gentle and relaxing experience. Thank you for changing my opinion on hairdressers, will be back regularly. (So sorry, can't remember my stylist name, but please feel free to insert on my behalf of you're able to cross reference to the system).

Dee is a very professional and experienced hairstylist and all these skills came through whilst he styled my hair .I was so happy with all the advice he given me that I persuaded my husband to see him as well . My husband wasn’t disappointed either . So thanks Dee keep up the good work .

It was my first time getting a haircut with Toni&Guy and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was really happy with the service overall. The stylist Dee was very helpful with explaining what he was doing and why, and what was best for my kind of hair. With other barbers and hairdressers I was never really sure what I needed doing with my style of hair but feel like I do how, I will definitely be coming back.

Just had a haircut and I must say the environment is just fab!! Everyone was so kind and happy in there. And no comments about the service that Lucy gave!! She has been just the BEST! Loved everything:) definitely will recommend the salon!

Fantastic service! Amy changed my boring salt and pepper short grey hair into a cool ash blonde close cropped cut. It looks amazing, the whole process was painless start to finish. Thanks Amy!

Fer was very professional and worked with me and listened to my ideas. The salon was clean and I felt safe, excellent customer service all the way.

Brilliant job, listened to what I wanted and did a perfect job. Amy did my cut which was also perfect. All of the staff are lovely and I felt very comfortable there.

Great job by Dee. Am growing my hair out and hit an awkward stage. Needed a bit of finesse to make me look human again and drag my hair out of the 1970's. Dee listened to what I wanted and delivered what I needed. Feeling human and happy again. Will definitely be back.

Previous colour at a different salon was more orange than charcoal grey. Tyler did a great job exactly what I wanted and he improved my hair condition. His sense of humour was an added bonus.
