I telephoned to make an appointment for the week after Easter .. Upon arrival I was spoken to in an extremely patronising manor she said the shop was closed on the day I called and I had made a mistake ( told I must have phoned Hairways) however she eventually found my name, the person had written it in for the following week. There was no hint of an apology just very rudely told I could come back next week if I really wanted to....no thanks
