Came in for a quick blow dry and style, as always, Emily was friendly, listened to what I wanted and made suggestions.

Want to say a massive thank you to Judith and the young girl who made my appointment really enjoyable. They looked after me and made me very comfortable. I really needed some life putting back into my hair and she did that, and boosted my confidence too with matching the end product with what i asked for. Nicky has done a fantastic job of changing my bob to a funky pixie cut. It was a dramatic change for me, Nicky spent lots of time ahead of cutting to understand exactly what I wanted. She was so insightful about how my hair would be after the cut. Once cut and dried Nicky showed me how to style in different ways - I love it. Thanks Nicky xx

I've been visiting Judith for many years now and I can say I would definitely recommend her. Previously I had had a few bad experiences with a couple of hairdressers, thus i was rather fussy and nervous client but with Judith she always listens to my requests and does a fabulous job. I've had various treatments, colours and restyles over the years and trust her advice impeccably.

Judith is my go to hairdresser in Hayley’s maternity absence and she is just brilliant. Going to a hairdresser is not just about the hair it’s also about the confidence the hairdresser gives you for your hair!

Nicky did a great job cutting and styling my hair when I went for a wash and blow dry, it looked fab! She also did a wonderful job getting a lot of hair up into a glamorous up-do and placing my fascinator for a wedding - I got loads of compliments and it lasted until 1:30am (from being put-up from 8:30am the previous day)!

Nick did my full head of highlights this time as Hayley was on leave. Another wonderful experience, my hair is perfect I love it.

Superb cutting and styling of a short style.

My previous hairdresser had retired so I needed to find a new stylist. Grace was very knowledgable and engaging, she made a fabulous job of my cut and blow dry and I have now definitely found my new stylist.

Enjoyed my visit. First appt. with Emily and really pleased with my cut and blow.

What can I say? Nicky is always attentive and just a lovely person all around. She always does an amazing job with my hair and its why I keep coming back to her.

I came in for my wedding trial and was not very happy with the look. stylist was very nice but she tried one look and due to time constraints (someone else was booked after me and a colleague came up and told the stylist twice in a minute or two that the next person was waiting,) it wasn't even finished. It's pointless doing a trial and not actually knowing what it will look like by the end of the session. I was in and out in less than an hour as well so it wasn't very long a trial but you get what you pay for.
I shared that my hair didn't always hold curls well and no additional product was put in to remedy this and literally by the time I got home, most of the curls had fallen out. I did have freshly washed hair so this may have contributed to it but by a couple of hours later, it was almost completely flat.
The style itself was really plain and not elevated wedding style; to be honest, I felt worse than when I do my hair myself.
I have called to cancel my appointment and my 4 bridesmaids and no feedback was asked for, which I found surprising.
One last thing that I didn't say anything about at the time is that I could see other customers were offered drinks and I wasn't (would have loved one, was 9am on a Saturday morning and hadn't had time for a drink before I left home as I live in a bit away) so it definitely didn't feel like a very nice experience overall.
