I love my hair it's beautiful when I had it done in August I loved it and it cost me £137 when I booked in they said it would cost more because I was going to be with a senior stylist so I asked for a price and I was told no more then £160 so I booked in when I went to pay it was £187 so I was shocked about the price

Even though after the 2nd attempt with my hair do to certain parts not lifting I was happy with my hair but since being home I have noticed that the colour isn’t exactly what I wanted I wanted it to look more silvery grey with the lilac (as the pic I shown to Emily). Emily was a lovely girl and I have booked again with her although I wish now my colour was more like I wanted.
Feel so nice with my change of hairstyle and the staff were so positive!

However I would welcome an explanation of the “green” £1 increase especially as we are still paying £1 extra for a reusable gown
Hi thank you for responding just letting you know you are not or haven't been charged for any gowns, we had a covid fee of £1 on when we returned from covid to help towards cost of cleaning products needed, hand sanitizer, screens, visors, masks and all other protective equipment but that is no more. We have a green salon fee of £1 that you can opt in or out, its as we are part of green salon collective which we recycle all our hair and foil.
