KH Hair Salon Ilkeston, Derbyshire

Judith met me with a smile and a question about something we talked about last time which made me feel welcome. She talked me through what I wanted my hair to look like. and what I could manage. I had a cup of coffee and didn’t feel at all rushed.

Had hayley for years now as I’m very mardy about my hair and everytime she knows exactly what to do (I have mega thick wirey long hair) to freshen it up. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The hair washer was fantastic too. Lovey girl.

Always professional and seamless from initial booking through the haircare and aftercare services.

I have been going to Keith hall's Ilkeston for a few years. And l have no complaints at all .All staff are lovely l had Emily today who did my hair lovely...and l love my cappuccino and biscuit.

Always a friendly professional welcome from reception staff .Nicky always listens and does a lovely cut .Regulatly recommending her to my friends and family.

I had a balayage a few months ago that then had to be rectified as the first time it didn’t take, the second balayage seem to go better and looked nice.. however a few months down the line my balayage colour is now green due to the amount of chemicals used on my hair… I can’t even wear it down now as all you can see is a really bad green colour..staff where lovely both times I must admit but for £145 I didn’t expect to get green hair.. I went with a salon that had a good name instead of a cheaper salon but made a massive mistake.. I have no idea how I am suppose to fix this now and just feel like shaving all my hair off that is down my back.. I’m absolutely mortified

Hayley make my hair look and feel wonderful, has always, Hayley is fantastic hairdresser, and always does my hair to the highest standard. I
Will never go to any other hairdresser, once you’ve been to Keith halls, you’ll never want to go anywhere else, I’ve been going to Keith halls for years now, can’t remember how many. I’ve only just been to my visit to day, my hair looks magnificent! Can’t wait to go for my next appointment, see you soon Hayley ??XX
