Fantastic service, as always

Due to my lack of organisation, my appointment was later than usual, and my hair was desperately in need of TLC.
As always, Hayley weaved her magic, cutting and taming my unruly hair, restoring the choppy style that suits my hair so well.
Over the years of visiting different salons, Hayley is the only stylist to have sorted my hair and let it know who is the boss!

I’d just like to say too I am hearing impaired and wear bilateral hearing aids all your staff are fantastic with me when I have to remove them for colour application shampooing etc they make me feel comfortable and go the extra mile to ensure that I hear a question but they don’t make a fuss about it I am grateful thank you team KH xx

Nicky wash & blow dry, & curled my hair, it felt & looked amazing, thanks Nicky for making my hair look wonderful

So the first time I visited the salon I showed a picture and asked for a balayage and because I had reddish tones to my hair they said it would take longer to come out so I payied £122 on the 1st june and got told next time it would be lighter so I booked in for 30th June as I really disliked the colour so I came on the 30th and got charged another £98 and that was leaving the salon with wet hair I got home and dried it and it looked awful I was up all night thinking about it so they got me back in the next day and corrected it and charged me another £38 and that was leaving the salon with half dried hair
I feel very disappointed in how much I paid and would like some one to ring me back and see if I’ve been charged right as £258 seem like a very high price to charge I have photos of the day I left the salon and friends and family can’t believe how much I paid to say it’s supposed to be a professional salon I feel very upset as I’ve seen other salons charge less for better quality

Lovely place to go after a day at work! Emily is really friendly and puts you at ease.

Judith knew exactly what I meant when we discussed what I wanted changing about my hair. Really friendly, chatty and made it a lovely after work treat!

I decided to go with a balayage as I’ve seen some beautiful hair on Google so thought I would treat myself to something a bit more pricey.. When I first when in for a patch test the consultation was really positive and I was really excited. On the day of my new hair the stylist was very welcoming, friendly and lovely however not to sure on colours for my hair as I’m naturally auburn. The salon was spotless, had a good atmosphere and is a lovely place but unfortunately I feel disappointed with my balayage.. you can hardly tell I’ve had it done and it just looks like a small highlight on the ends,it was expensive and I just expected more of a wow factor. As stated the stylist was lovely but the balayage is not up to scratch, I have thought about calling the salon but don’t see what they could now do
