I have come to trust Hayle implicitly she is the best colour technician I have ever had to do my hair. I always come out feeling highly satisfied with her expertise. She is always cheerful and patient which puts me in the right mood for whatever the outcome of my visit which is always to my satisfaction.

Maureen was on reception and we chatted. I’ve known Maureen for many years in fact she did my hair for my wedding over 50yrs ago!
I always see Judith for my hair these days and have done for many years. My hair is strong coarse and thick. But Judith. knows it well and always gives good advice and does a great job. Always pleasant and always has a smile. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I've had x2 perms in a fortnight and still have straight/long bits. I was repeatedly told "it's not straight" though it clearly was and everyone else could see it other than the salon staff. When I returned for a re-perm when I said I wanted the whole head doing again I was met with a clearly angry stylist who took her wrath out on combing my hair very harshly, I'm surprised I have any left. It's incredibly unprofessional to behave in such a manner when the problem is that the stylist can't admit there's a fault with the perm she performed. On returning for a trim to cut off the long/straight bits I saw a different stylist who again tried to convince me "it's not straight", who actually pulled a tuft of hair out when combing so vigorously and never even apologised. So £104.50 later I have a hair do I'm not happy with and probably the worst perm I've ever had in my life (and I've been having it permed from a young age). Add to that a stinking attitude, I can honestly say you don't always get what you paid for. I will never return to this salon and recommend people avoid them at all costs.

I have been going to KH Hair since we moved to the area in 2007. I can honestly say I have always been treated with care and respect every time I have attended an appointment. Hayley became my go to stylist, even though there has been a few times I have been to others there and all have the kind approach and professional work ethics. Hayley has put up with all my demands over the years and even if has proved difficult we have found a good outcome. Hayley is the best colourist without a doubt. Well done KH Hair for your great service.

Really pleased coming out of the lockdown period I had flat dark hair with no life. I firstly had a restyle and blow dry with Jo and came back for colour. I had balayage the colour to roots and toner on the highlights I wanted a darker root with a more subtle look to the colour run through to break up the flat dark colour and give it some life. I got exactly what I wanted and really pleased with the result. Had it done yesterday and the few people I have seen have commented on how nice it looks. Can't ask for more.
