As usual a treat to come to KH and have my hair beautifully coloured. Hayley knows exactly how I like it, a perfect result every time. Cut and blow dried into a lovely shape. Thank you ?

As always, Alex did an excellent job. However, the junior did not ask if the water temperature was alright and I had to tell her it was too hot. Neither did she offer me a drink. I found the salon cold and Alex kindly put a heater on. This is the only time in decades of visits that I have felt the need to complain.

I was really happy with my hair. I felt relaxed and well looked after. Alex listened and took her time to execute just what I wanted, despite my thick hair meaning that my appointment lasted almost double the allocated appointment! Alex and the junior that shampooed were lovely to talk to too. Thank you.

Love going to this salon, everybody is friendly and welcome. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Judith is a brilliant stylist and so knowledgeable. Always feel great when I've been!

Wow - I have left feeling great with my beach waves, along with some tips about how to create the same look at home. Jo’s willingness to share her knowledge was really kind.

As always, an excellent haircut by Judith. The salon is clean and spacious. I have been coming to this salon for well over 40 years so it must be good!

If there was a Nobel Prize for hair stylists, Judith would win it hands down. She is absolutely marvellous and a credit to you and her home town of Ilkeston. Keith Hall would be very proud.

Although I live in Edinburgh I still have my hair cut by Hayley when I come home. She has styled my hair for some years now and I can completely be sure that she will cut it just perfect!

Amy did a brilliant job of my hair yesterday. It was very long and it feels so much better. I was also a bit anxious as I am hard of hearing and have to remove my hearing aid when my hair is wet but Amy was very patient and kind and made me feel at ease. I will definitely book to come here again
