Very efficient listens and cuts/styles as asked.
Generally Covid-safe, but no windows open and ventilation trumps temperature at present; it may be that they are opened on a regular basis, but not whilst I was there.

A really warm welcome awaited and I was really impressed with the courteous, attentive service. I was encouraged to talk as much as I wanted and Judith is a really good listener with no hint of impatience.

I've been seeing Hayley for a few years now, she always knows what I want and how I like my hair. She's lovely and pleasant to talk to. I also like how she teaches the others around her as well, patient and polite. I couldn't ask for a better stylist.

After not having my hair done for almost 3 years! It was well overdue some TLC - Emily was amazing, she knew exactly what I was asking for and did a brilliant job!

I am so so pleased with my hair. I showed Emily the colour that I wanted (a vibrant pinky purple) and she matched it perfectly! It’s blended beautifully with my natural dark brown hair colour and it’s everything I wanted. She was also wonderful the whole time and a pleasure to talk to. She also gave me some really useful advise and mentioned products that I might want to use. I’m very grateful to her and I’d like to say thank you for doing such an amazing job!

Been going to KH for years, generally a lovely experience, love the head massages, but find that sometimes particularly on my last visit the cut and blow dry in particular was rushed, for whatever reason, I think a few clients were late arriving? I wasn’t late so do expect to be fully pampered from start to finish especially as paying KH prices.
