Alice was very welcoming. Alice made me feel very comfortable as she went through what she was going to do which made me feel comfortable. When it was finished I was very pleased, as Alice sorted my hair after a bad cut by another salon. Made another appointment as I was so pleased.

This is a late review from having my hair experience on Friday 25th October. My appointment was with Sarah. I was greeted warmly by Audrey and then seen quickly by a very nice young lady who proceeded to do a very good hair wash and politely asked if I would like to have a head massage which was equally as good and very relaxing. On this occasion I had a new look by shortening the length of my hair to create a long bob and Sarah as usual did a great job. Sarah always listens to what you’re trying to achieve and takes time to measure, cut and blow dry your hair to create your chosen style while enjoying a nice catch up with friendly banter and a delicious coffee. I’m very happy with my new look. Thank you Sarah!😊

Over the past few months I have been going through the process of going from
a dark hair colour to ash brown. I have one more stage to go through and Megan has been amazing all the way through. She has advised me through the whole process and as nervous as I was going to a different colour, Megan has put me at ease and has done an incredible job with my hair.

Sarah talked me through all stages checking all was way if was happy it made me feel very relaxed

This was our first time to this salon and Jasmin was fantastic with my daughter and the cut was really nicely done. Jasmin was very friendly and chatty with myself and my daughter. Would highly recommend Jasmin.

Everyone in the salon are very nice. Alice is very friendly and brilliant with her advice and a perfectionist, taking her time to perfect my hair. Never felt rushed.

Had a lovely appointment today, had little sleep, and was sitting down for a few hours being pampered by lovely people. Audrey greets and always warm and welcoming. Tamzin took me through and then Carly joined me. We chatted about colour openly talking back and forth and Carly always arrives at the right thing to do. Then Jasmine brought drinks and mags, before washing. Over to Adam for the precision cut of a lifetime, conversation to put the entire World back on its axis, blow dry, style and finish. Each of them played a role in a very satisfying, successful Appointment, and look forward to repeating the process in 4 weeks time. Excellent.

It was my first time at KH and what a wonderful experience it was. I saw Jasmine although I thought she said her name was Tamsin. She was very easy to chat to and she seemed to know exactly what I wanted even though I didn't haha. I was made to feel really comfortable and to top it off I was over the moon with my hair. I arranged my appointment online which was very easy to do. Booked for my long bob to be taken shorter just below my chin, Megan has cut the perfect precision bob cut and I’m super happy with it. Very friendly service and atmosphere.
