To Adam and your Team, from Audrey, Carly, and the lovely young lady who washed my hair, brought me tea and magazines and lifted my handbag off the floor and placed it on a chair(“to stop hair going all over it”), what a fulfilling, satisfying and rewarding couple of hours I spent at Keith Hall Salon, Long Eaton, in you care. It was a complete changeover for me from Salon, Stylist and location. From the moment I contacted your Salon and Adam answering the ‘phone, to coming in and being met at Reception by Adam and Audrey, then being shown to Carly for a skin test and discussion about colour, to making an Appointment with Audrey, it was a very reassuring visit. Appointment day itself was amazing, the colour put in by Carly was absolutely spot on, which I was totally blown away by. The young lady who brought tea and hair washed , was so caring, and then finally Adam. What can I say except when I looked through the mirror at him thoughtfully moving my hair about, I just got that overwhelming feeling that ‘yes I’m in the right chair at the right place. I was more than satisfied with Adam many years before and even more satisfied the second time around. It was a totally uplifting couple of hours spent for me, especially walking out with Strawberry blonde hair, what more can I say. Thankyou for making my transition such a happy satisfying occasion. Usual standard of service from Adam and the team, great atmosphere and conversations, also enjoyed the tunes in the salon today. I love the way Adam just does his magic with my hair.

I think it was Jasmine slim girl. Beautiful with dark curly hair. I had a cut and blow dried. She listened to everything I said and very attentive. Made me feel comfortable, very pleased. Thankyou.

I always put off making a hair appointment, it has been a long time since my last so knew it wouldn’t be a quick fix.

I was at ease from the moment the appointment with Jasmin began.
Such a lovely person, the time just flew by.

My hair is so thick and not easy to manage, so I was aware that a restyle is a challenge.
Jasmin really understood my hair and took her time to make sure it was just right, she took out so much weight added shape and body, I left feeling like new.
Jasmin advised on colour for a future appointment and did a patch.

I’ve been coming to the team at KH for well over 10 years now. They’re always so friendly and professional. The atmosphere is always so upbeat in the salon and everyone can’t do enough for you. They’re honest with their recommendations for your hair type, and listen to what you want. I always come away feeling great and loving what they’ve done with my hair.

Megan highlighted my hair and Lyn cut it - my hair is the best it’s looked in years - I asked advice on the highlights and Lyn advised me on the cut and shaping

I have been having my hair cut by Briar from Beeston who has now retired. Lynn takes a very different approach however I feel very happy with the results so I hope to return
