Fabulous experience! Arrived at the salon feeling very unhappy and frustrated with my hair, came out feeling wonderful. I cannot fault my experience.

Mortified when the hairdresser went all over the top of my head with thinning scissors after I asked for it to be deep pointed. She did each section three times, ok if you have thick hair, unfortunately mine is very fine/thin. I had just started to recover from previous bad cuts and on this occasion left the salon looking ten times worse than when I entered. It was akin to a David Cassidy 70’s throwback with extremely short on sides and top with length at the back - needless to say I cancel my next appointment. Only reason I am leaving feedback is because you are a ‘training establishment’ worrying for those being taught!

Annual reunion with friends and looking great thanks to Carly and the team. Always an enjoyable experience with everyone at Keith Hall Long Eaton - from being met by Audrey on my arrival and the friendly staff who look after me during my visit.

Honest, approachable and professional. I left feeling as if I had been listened to and was given honest advice on style management. Really happy with my cut and would highly recommend

Jasmin and the staff were fabulous, she made sure to ask me questions about what type of look I wanted and was extremely friendly throughout the whole process of dyeing my hair and it turned out even better then I expected. I love it!

Usual brilliant service with my thick hair. Carly Demonstrates that she also listens to customers in a supportive way. A word also that reception staff and the person washing hair today was equally brilliant.

Wanted to make a drastic change to my hair style, my hairdresser spoke to me and I changed my mind, very good advice given, Carly knows what suits me best as she has been doing my hair for years, would highly recommend

As usual, I had a great cut by Adam. He always seems to know what to do when I'm not sure what I want. Always enjoy having a chat and a laugh as well.

Just felt very grateful to Adam, for fitting me in for a blow dry to help me become more human after 16 days in hospital.
