Very warm & friendly staff who listened to how I wanted my hair to be. Never feel rushed with any of the stylists, they all want you to leave the salon looking your fabulous best!

I’ve had quite a big change with caramel balayage and a lot of length off (which is big for me). My hair looks so much healthier and I love the colours. Mia is very chatty, professional and friendly. 100% recommend.

I love the Keith Hall salon; it has a very relaxing atmosphere, with very kind and helpful staff. Carly is an excellent hairdresser; I would describe her as a very efficient and confident stylist, who is so easy to get along with; I always feel completely at ease when in her company. In fact, all the members of staff at the Keith Hall salon are lovely and friendly.

Up to the usual standard for an appointment with Adam, always manages to make me feel better during and after a session with him.

I think a ramp would be good for getting up the step to wash basins as we have to ask for help with wheelchair.
I thought the coffee refreshments would be available now as cafes have been open

Yet again lovely colours and beautiful cut

My appt should have been on Saturday and with the 2nd lock down announced I expected it would be cancelled. I was chuffed to receive a call from Carly on Sunday afternoon to see if I could come in on Monday instead. Luckily I was free. As always Carly, Audrey and all the staff were lovely. I had a great haircut, highlights and root touch up to see me through the next few weeks.
It's always a nice experience here. Safe, cheerful and professional as ever.

Mia has been doing my hair for a while now, she always knows exactly how to achieve what I’m asking for with the shade of blonde.
I’ve never had a bad experience with the Long Eaton salon, everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
The reception team are always really accommodating and will work with you to move/fit you in for your preferred appointment.

Fabulous visit yesterday , spent the afternoon having my colour sorted with Meg , she made me so relaxed even with a head massage , then onto Adam , as always my cut is amazing , great conversation , much needed laughter as always Even if my smile was hidden with a mask , fully recommend KH Ling Eaton and great staff , Thank you
