After 12 long weeks of lockdown it was wonderful to receive a call from the salon to say they could fit me in. Salon staff stuck to the rules to ensure client safety. After a colour, trim and blow dry I felt like a new women. It was great to get rid of my shaggy grey hair .

Really please to be back to have my hair cut and coloured after lockdown. Megan did a good job on my overgrown hair and made the colour look great again.

I was very pleased with my experience at KH, the staff were all very professional and coped with the current situation very well. I was a bit apprehensive about going, but everything was covered.
A big thank you to Sarsh and Audrey for sorting out an appointment for me. I have been visiting the Long Eaton branch, for many years, and hope to carry on for as long as I'm able.

Very pleased to receive a call from Audrey last week offering a hairdo. Hygiene and safety measures clearly laid out. All punctual, no queues, salon spotless and all staff visored. Lynn welcoming as always and gave me a lovely cut. Very welcome experience.

It was great to be back. Sarah did a brilliant job sorting out my DIY! As I’m in the oldie category I very much appreciated the hard work that’s been done for the safety of both clientele & staff . Thanks so much ?

Colour by Megan was perfect - Adam's cut completed a great post lockdown hair cut

Very satisfied with my visit as always.

Although it's been six months since my last haircut, the fact that my hair still had some shape and style, and I didn't look like a scarecrow, is testament to Adam's cutting skills!
He's cut my hair for years and I would recommend him to anyone. Probably not the cheapest but definitely worth it.
All the other staff are really friendly and welcoming and the salon is spotless.
Missed my coffee though........

So lovely to be back. Fantastic welcome and great service as per usual. Sarah rescued my locks from two home haircut attempts and all is well.

Feel you should make your clients wear a mask to protect your staff and other clients, temperature checks don't alone mean clients do not have the virus or are in the early phase of this disease, just a thought. Takes nothing away from my experience. ??

I can not thank Megan for banishing my roots and Adam for the brilliant cut! My mum passed away earlier this year and was the only person I’d trusted to razor cut my hair... she would be impressed with the new doo, it looks amazing! Mum always loved me with a graduated bob, it’s put a smile on my face after the last few difficult months and really upped my spirits... thank you ? feeling ‘me’ again

As Andrew is rightly self isolating, I was advised that Adam would to do my trim and blow dry after Megan had put the colour through it, but my wait may be a few minutes longer than usual which was no problem for me.

After 28 years of seeing Adam I am always happy with my visit to Keith Halls

KH Hair are always really friendly and professional with great customer service. I only get a trim but Lynn cut it really well and made doubly sure I was content with the finished look. This is the salon I use all the time because I always get a good result.

Keith Hall were very accommodating when I needed to book an urgent appointment after a cancellation with my usual hairdresser.
Initially the colour, on my hair was a bit brighter than my usual colour so it was a bit of a shock.
When it came to the cut I was given a confidence boost to go for the style I had chosen rather than adapting it to make it less than what I really wanted. Adam assured me the style was good for my face shape and texture of my hair and it would work. I went home and my husband thought it looked lovely and my family.
It's funny what 24hrs can do. I am really happy with the colour and my new pixie hairstyle.
