Sarah always delivers a great result. She is very conscientious and listens to what you have to say because she really cares and offers different options to consider before going ahead. It’s very reassuring that Sarah takes her time to make sure you get a perfect result every time. Also ‘Tamsin’ (?) did a lovely relaxing hair wash to start the experience off. I found everyone at Keith Hall from the welcome (by Audrey), to the hair wash (by Tamsin) and stylist (by Sarah) to be a very friendly and professional atmosphere from start to finish. Jasmin was brilliant, we spoke about what I wanted and she advised about hairlines and we settled on a compromise I was a little worried as I have a problem with my right ear however Jasmin was very careful and made me feel at ease

Always a joy to sit with Adam for a couple of hours whilst he cuts, shapes and styles and finishes my hair. Great to talk and listen to Adam and have a myriad of topics to discuss. A great laugh come out feeling very happy and relaxed.
