Nicola was excellent as always.
Particular mention to Lyla who washed my hair. She git the water test right straight away. She gave an excellent hair wash and head massage.
I understand she's only been at Ripley for a few weeks. She be a great stylist I'm sure.

My 8 year old with SEN needs had his haircut today - Amy was patient and kind - my son looks great …. But more importantly each time we go he gets better and more tolerant of what for him is not a happy experience.
