Having had cancer this last year, treatment of which resulted in the loss of my hair, Sarah’s professionalism, skill and knowledge was invaluable in my overall recovery. Sarah gently advised on hair loss with patience and understanding, making it easy for me to trust her advice. She ensured privacy on appointments when she took the shaver to my head - Twice!!! She has guided me through the problems with regrowth and recommended products which I believe are responsible for the full head of hair that I now have. The compliments I have had are simply a reflection on the care that Sarah has taken. More importantly Sarah was just as interested and concerned in my overall wellbeing and recovery, often checking in with me in between appointments. She also has amazing staff, reception, trainees, and stylists who greet and treat you with a smile and always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you to ALL of you! X
