Abbey was absolutely brilliant. I haven't stepped foot in a salon for many many years. I wasn't going to walk through the door! From the minute I did, Abbey was lovely, smiling, not talking very loud or overpowering, very very pleasant and she kept me calm. Discussed my hair choices, chat about my hair history. My first visit to KHHair and it definitely won’t be my last. As soon as I walked in through the door I was made to feel incredibly welcome. My coat was taken and hung up and I was taken to a waiting chair. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, offering advice and nothing was too much trouble.
Lucie was lovely and put me at ease straight away, it was as though we had known one another for months !
