As always Nicola was friendly and asked if I wanted any changes to colour or highlights or style. She offered treatments and checked as she cut if I was happy or needed any more taking off the layers. I was offered a choice of drinks and very well looked after. I have been coming to Keith Hall at Ripley for over 20 years so they are obviously doing everything right.

Can I say what a first time experience I had I. Your salon today Beth was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I rang up for an appointment short notice. I was told there weren’t any for a cut and blow dry, it had appointment for a dry cut. I said yes that would be fine. When I got there she gave a great experience and knowledge and asked what I wanted and did exactly what I wanted and to top it she managed a cut and blow dry. And gave done good advise on done products used. I was very pleased with my experience. I booked Beth for my next colour and cut in 6 weeks
