A lovely appointment with Sarah. All of the nioxin products are great, and Sarah explained the different use of the products on my colour.

Sarah did a part restyle for me without notification beforehand. As usual she went through all the implications and advised me whether it would suit me and be manageable. The cut was fantastic, even nice's than I had requested. She is a wonderful asset to KHHair. Professional,understanding,kind and an amazing hairdresser.

Excellent service and personal attention
Thank you for your feedback Mrs Loades , it is very much appreciated. Apologies for the back wash not working , the hydraulic mechanism has broken and we are waiting for the delivery and fitting of three new back washes. They have been on order for a few weeks now and hopefully will be with us shortly. We will be back to our normal service then hopefully.

Great experience as always! Super colour, perfect cut and blow dry with a lovely head massage during colour treatment. A real treat to sit and relax with a coffee and my hook for half an hour too!

Very attentive shampoo and condition carried out by one the trainees - all carried out with care and attention. A good demonstration of the salons drive to maintain good customer care.
