Danielle was very professional and particular about her work. A lovely overdue cut whereby 6 inches in total was cut off. It looks and feels so much better with no thin wispy tails! I will now have regular trims to keep it looking good, thank you.

We wrongly assumed when you booked for a dry trim you would realise the cost would be more when you arrived and requested a restyle needing to take more hair off. We will try to make this more transparent for you in future.
Regarding the noise in the salon, thank you for highlighting this to us and we actually have a quiet space in the back of the salon so please feel free to request this for you future appointments.
