Scarlett was really happy and enjoyed her visit to the salon, it was a good experience for her as she was quite nervous, Lucie made her feel very comfortable and soon Scarlett was chatting away like a regular client ! Thank you . We will see you soon.

Fabulous as always, from reception to consultation to hair wash by Danielle who was by the way the best head massager & hot coffee maker 10 out of 10 for that hun, & back to sarah who cuts my hair perfectly every time & tells me her opinion when i’m wanting a change, so overall 100? service as usual x

Abbey is really sweet. She listened to me and was able to advise me on the best after care. She was really thoughtful and focused on the job. I'm very grateful she cut my hair the way I needed. She listened to me all the way.

Arrived at the salon for a wash and blow dry and came out with a fabulous peachy colour wash. It looks and I feel amazing. Thank you so much Sarah you’ve made my weekend you are so so special and talented. Also big thanks to Ellie and Romany who also helped by washing my hair, they are both lovely girls and vey attentive.

Brilliant team so friendly and a lovely atmosphere as you walk in x on Beth asking me what she was doing , I shrugged my shoulders as I was unable to put into words what was wrong x
Beth started looking at my hair and knew immediately what was wrong and discussed it with me x she knows me so well and my hair as always looks fantastic x I am able to grow it a little more now ?

Every single time I visit everyone makes me feel welcome, comfortable and well looked after. But the best of all (and I may be biased) is Laura, who goes above every single time I visit to make sure not only that I walk away with beautiful healthy hair but that it suits me. Laura takes her time, is incredibly patient and talented. I always leave with a smile on my face.

I felt really pampered by Dion and the other staff who were very attentive

My 3yr old daughter had her first ever hair cut today - Dena was fantastic and gave her the full hair cut experience, she definitely went above and beyond! My daughter loved it and already wants to go back again. Thank you!
