I originally booked in for a cut/blow dry and a t-section for my highlights. Due to staff illness, the salon did their best to re-arrange and still get me in that day which I appreciated. Dena was honest and suggested that I did need a full head of highlights. Even though it was obviously more expensive than I had envisaged, she was absolutely right because I was really pleased with the result and I’ve had lots of lovely compliments about my hair. Oh nice coffee too! Thank you!

Lucie was excellent in dealing with a difficult situation of very damaged hair the result was acceptable but due to the condition of the hair not quite as I had hoped but we are revising this again December to improve the result .
