I had a consultation with Sarah to discuss changing my hair colour. I wanted to remove the yellow tinge my hair had gained from being on holiday. Sarah carefully looked at all areas of my hair and made some suggestions explaining what would be involved. I took her advice and the result is amazing. I have a fabulous new colour that is very flattering and just what I wanted. Thank you Sarah you are amazing and a genius. I am a vey happy and extremely satisfied customer.

I had a cut and blow dry with Dena. I turned up with frizzy lifeless hair and went out with a beautiful, silky, stylish hair style. Good conversation, very attentive and the perfect style to suit my face. I had a lovely head massage and came out feeling relaxed and bouncy. An amazing experience, thank you.

As usual, Lucie did a brilliant job of colouring my hair. I was also very grateful that she found time to style it beautifully in what was an emergency appointment she'd slotted in as a favour, I had agreed and expected to do it myself. So happy! Not so happy with the young lady who did all the other stuff. Romy? Romany? Had to tell herseveral times that the water was too hot, 30 second head massage (which she was actually rather good at), threw a piece of cotton wool in front of me, "there's your colour remover" when usually the young ladies check the ears and the back of the neck. Her loss, I ALWAYS tip the juniors.... not this time. She DID make good coffee though. Thanks.

Dion is always amazing with my hair. I had an amazing pamper afternoon doing my keratin treatment. Love how she makes the washing time so relaxing.
I was informed this time the product has been through a slight change that makes the combing process a bit different, which is an improvement to the treatment process. My hair looks great. I feel the ends of my hair a bit dry though but I wonder if it is a process that's been happening since I let my hair go a bit lighter and I struggled to keep up with the moisture care at home.
I will keep up applying the correct products and check hair health on my next appointment.
