I've been using the same hair dresser for some time and so finding a new local salon was quite intimidating. I found KH through really positive reviews and was really pleased when I went in. Laura was lovely and listened to what I wanted and worked in stages to make sure I was happy and getting the kind of cut I wanted. Hard with short, fine and naturally curly hair! Especially when disabled and anxiety ridden. However I came away feeling a million dollars! The salon was busy but quiet, not intimidating or in-your-face, clean and efficient and Laura was just lovely.

Right from the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel welcome. Dena was patient and thorough while we went through the new hairstyle I wanted. She was very considerate about my intolerance to chemicals and gave great advice. She did a wonderful job on my hair.

I was feeling rather depressed this morning, and had considered cancelling my appointment. However after a hair wash and lovely head massage I felt better, and after a super hair cut from Dion I felt even better.

This salon is probably one of the best salons I know! I came in all worried and my anxiety hit the rooth but they made me feel so relaxed and safe with my hair being cut they as I never trusted anyone else, they were so welcoming to me and others while I was there, they gave good conversations it wasn’t awkward at all! Dion is fantastic, she is conscientious, knowledgeable and always takes time to listen to how you would like your hair doing. She is friendly makes you feel at ease. My hair always looks amazing afterwards and in great condition. The girl that washed my hair was polite and chatty which was lovely too.

It's has been two years since I visited any hair salon . Dena listened to what I wanted from my appointment today and gave me some good advice about the cut to suit my thin hair . I felt comfortable and enjoyed being pampered

Very impressed. It was the first time Lucie had cut my hair and she ensured that it was styled exactly as l requested. She was pleasant and friendly (as are all the staff) and made sure that l enjoyed my visit.
