Thank you for taking the time to leave your review for us.
We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your hair, and I have spoken with Abbey at length about your comments and your appointment with her.
She explained that you had said to her that your son had accidently cut a large chunk out of your hair at the back and was there anything you could do but without cutting too much hair off.
Abbey explained that it was very difficult to remedy the situation without cutting some length off your hair and she recommended a concave bob, which would mean your hair would be shorter at the back but at the same time retaining the length at the front, to which you agreed to.
From our perspective Abbey tried her very best to try and help you, so we are very saddened to read your review.
I have tried to call you on several occasions to discuss you coming back in to the salon for me to look at your hair and see if i can help in any way further. If you would like to call me and arrange this , please feel free to do so at your own convenience.
Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and also again I would be happy to look at your hair at a time convenient to yourself.
