I attended the salon for a keratin treatment. Dion talked me through the process and explained in detail each step She was polite friendly and extremely professional. She kept me informed at each stage ax to what she was doing and his long each part would take. She checked to make sure I was happy and comfortable. When it came to have my treatment washed off a junior called Amy took me yo tgd bowl and again she was totally professional. She made sure I was sat comfortably and that the water was a temperature suitable for me. She explained what she was going to do and continued to check I was ok. Amazing service and professionalism from both Dion and Amy and the rest of the team. Can’t fault them Sarah has worked so hard to make the salon a safe and relaxing space despite all the regulations due to Covid. Well done. I now have fabulous hair thank you

I am 53 and my hairis white underneath. I.not ready to go grey just yet. Lucy did an amazing job yesterday as always. I had my hair done dark blonde with blonde highlights. Lucy always knows instinctively what results I am looking for and she does an amazing job. Cut colour and finish perfect for me.

Wonderful to have Laura back again. She is a brilliant stylist and understands how to keep the colour of my hair looking amazing. I don’t live near the salon but keep coming back 15 years later as it is the best!

Another really enjoyable visit. Although I arrived early Dion asked a colleague to shampoo me - had a very nice head massage too! My blow dray was excellent, just wished I had been going somewhere other than Sainsburys to show it off!

I felt so comfortable straight away with Dena and could tell from the off she knew what she was doing. I am absolutely thrilled with my hair now. I Will 100% be sticking with Dena, she is definitely not in my album of “catastrophic cuts” ?

Dena had cut my hair once before but due to lock down and various other problems it had been a year since my appointment, so Dena had her work cut out. She listened to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, was patient and really pleasant whilst she tackled my neglected hair. Was very pleased and happy with the result. Promise not to leave it so long next time.
