I was contacted by Dena as soon as the salon were able to take bookings following a loosening of Covid restrictions.
Following major surgery last June my hair has become coarse and brittle in places resulting in alopecia. Dena spent time which was not prearranged explaining what treatments would help and recommended products to use at home between salon visits.
I had brought a photograph with me as to how I wanted it cutting and can confirm that Dena was able to do this with ease.
The salon was very organised and all safety measures were in place in line with the government guidelines for Covid.

Nicola has done a lovely job of the cut & colouring of my hair. This was my first cut & colour in 5 months due to lockdown & she has transformed it back to just how I want it to look.

Have been coming here for a few years now & they are a lovely team, I have very fine wavy hair that has a mind of its own but Sarah always manages to make it look just as I ask for . I have gone from very short to now growing it out and am always advised of how best to manage it at home aswell

Absolutely amazing service, I was looked after by the whole team from my COVID secure entry to the salon right through to the final result. So in love with my hair, nothing was too much trouble and the staff were really knowledgeable on products and treatments that would best suit my hair.

As alway had a brilliant experience in The Ripley branch. Extremely Covid safe, the cleanliness certainly would beat a hospital operating theatre. Every area sprayed down and thoroughly cleaned ready for the next client. The atmosphere was fabulous even though they were short staffed they had smiles behind their masks. I had approximately 12inches cut off and a colour and now feel a million dollars ?

I made an appointment fir a wash and blow dry on Christmas Eve as a treat gif myself. It was fabulous. Sarah made me look amazing as always and I came away feeling beautiful. Thank you Sarah she always makes my thick and at times unruly hair look fabulous.
