Thank you for taking the time to send your review of your visit to our salon and we are delighted to hear that you are happy with your haircut. Obviously we are extremely disappointed to learn that you have chosen not to visit our salon in the future and we fully appreciate that price is a very sensitive subject for both our clients and our business.
We have always strived to offer the highest standards in hairdressing, customer service and at the same time offer a fantastic experience in a beautiful salon. As we are sure you will appreciate we invest heavily in on-going training for all our team so that we can be confident that we can maintain these high standards and this comes at a cost to our business.
The marketplace in all aspects of business is incredibly tough, especially in light of Coivid 19, so we felt in order to be able to carry on delivering fantastic hairdressing and customer service to our wonderful clients, we needed to implement a price increase.
