Obviously we are extremely disappointed to learn that you are not happy with the price you were charged and if there has been a breakdown in communication regarding the price then we apologise for this oversight.
We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible hairdressing services by investing in our team and at the same time, to try to improve every element of our customer service experience and it certainly wasn’t our intention to overcharge you.
