Whenever I visit Ripley salon, it is such a lovely experience. You are made to feel very welcome, all the staff are professional, polite and always prepared to go that little bit extra.

It was evident that the salon had worked tremendously hard to make sure that the environment was ‘Covid secure’, whilst at the same time, being focused on providing their usual high quality customer-focused service. As ever, Beth’s brilliant hairdressing skills shone!

As always I was extremely delighted with my hair. Dena does a brilliant job every time. All the staff are highly experienced and work to very high standards. Sarah has a fantastic team and I am always made to feel part of the Keith Hall - Ripley salon family.

Dion was amazing, she took time to ask me what style I wanted and gave me advice when I wasn’t sure how short to go and whether to change the colour of my hair. I was very pleased with the end result and enjoyed my experience. Was wonderful to have some me time after this awful lockdown period.

The usual KH (Ripley) warm, friendly welcome greeted me as I nervously walked through the Salon door for my first visit since ‘lockdown’. During the visit I felt totally safe, looked after and relaxed - receiving the usual high standard of customer care.

First time back since lockdown. The salon felt safe but still welcoming and the staff are still as friendly. This was my first time with Dion as my usual stylist is on maternity leave, so it's always strange initially but more so now as no style to follow as my hair had grown from a nicely shaped bob to a long shapeless mess. Dion took great care to understand what I wanted and I am pleased with the result and I've already booked my next one. Well done everyone; Sarah's got a great team!

My hair was getting too long, I wasn’t doing enough with it. I asked Amy to take a good 2” off the length and tidy the style. She did. I’m very happy with the results, Amy’s advice suited the style I was after.

Dion always has a professional approach to her job and I make recurrent visits to the salon because of this. She listens and provides me with ideas on what style and colour would be suitable for me. Her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm shines through and I’m always highly delighted with the end result. The stylists are all approachable and friendly and the environment is relaxing which is great!

Dion put some foils in my hair which we had previously discussed with Sarah S as well. Dion did a fabulous job she is friendly very professional and knowledgeable about all the products and procedures she carry’s out. She kept me informed at each stage and made me feel very valued. Sarah S then cut and styled my hair. Again Sarah discussed my requirements and made the excellent suggestion that I have my hair cut a little shorter to make it easier for me to manage in case I am j able to get out for my next appointment due to us being in lockdown. As always Sarah is the super professional with excellent customer service skills and knowledge of products. I always take her advice on products to use and have never been disappointed. She used the new Helios hairdryer when drying my hair and demonstrated the features and benefits to me. As she knows I already have a GHD hairdryer she suggested that when it breaks down the Helios would be a very beneficial purchase for my next hairdryer. I am so pleased with my hair colour and style. Can I just say that everyone in the salon has taken on board the health and safety measures that have been suggested to keep the areas clean and sanitised. They are constantly sanitising chairs plugs appliances after every use. I cannot speak highly enough of every member of Sarah team. The juniors washing your hair to the experienced stylists they are all fabulous. Thank you.

Nicki is superb. She's been cutting my hair for years and thankfully it keeps growing back so I can keep returning.

Brilliant as usual

I have been with Keith halls for years since I was 20 always going back after trying different salons.
Beth has been my hairdresser for the last five years and knows my hair better than me ? the colours that we choose together I absolutely love and get comments all the time . Recently I asked Beth to put layers in my hair and found I hated it . When I spoke to Beth about this she knew exactly what I was saying and has restyled it to suit me .
Over the years I have gone through a lot of trauma and Beth has always listened and made me feel valued . Beth has even gone to the trouble of messaging me to ensure I was ok .
I value Beth and now see her as not just my hairdresser but as a friend who is so very thoughtful and kind .

As always I enjoy my time at KH Ripley. Dion never disappoints with my hair and we manage a good catch up too. It’s a happy, friendly salon with a great buzz. A lovely bunch of ladies.

Lovely friendly salon

Every 4 weeks Sarah does my hair and i have never been anything but extremely happy on many occasions i have had comments on how lovely my hair looks and where do i have it cut.Not just Sarah but every member of staff there are so friendly and warm.

Sarah listened to what I asked for, suggested plan of action for summer hair.

I regularly go to Keith Hall for my haircut,once every six weeks.The atmosphere is wonderful,the staff fantastic and I wudnt consider going anywhere else.Ive bin going there 30 years and I will continue to.Cannot praise them enough.My stylist Dena gets it right everytime,and helps with any advice or suggestions regarding different styles.

I had a lovely experience having my hair done. Other hairdressers ive been to and told what i want, theyve either decided that what i want is too radical and i cant possibly want that so wimp out etc but Lucie did exactly what i wanted and took my opinion on board at all times whilst offering her opinion and advice without being overbearing! I loved the end result and will definitely go back again.
