Very attentive, looking after me well, I am deaf, blind, Kim coped marvellously. Very pleased with the new look after 6 mths, I feel human and beautiful again

I love coming to get my hair done at Steph’s. Everyone is so friendly and it’s always such a fun experience. Kim is amazing, she has been cutting my hair for years and is such a perfectionist! She treats my hair like it’s her own and always makes sure I’m happy with it (which I ALWAYS am!)

I was apprehensive about changing hairdressers due to recently moving to the area, however the staff were accommodating to my needs from the very beginning. Harriet cut my hair, she listened to what I wanted and cut my hair so well. Looking forward to returning!

Love my hair thank you. Kim is always a perfectionist, listens to what you want to achieve and makes a fantastic result. The salon is always clean and had made necessary adjustments for Covid but it still felt like a relaxing and enjoyable experience

Brilliant service from Harriet Who is a stylist at Steph’s Salon. First time I’ve met Harriet and all I can say was that she is a very talented hairdresser. Harriet looked after me from start to finish and it was lovely to have someone who is happy & chatty loving her job. Harriet made a fantastic job of doing my balayage hair.

Is only 2nd time have had Harriett so my hair, would have been more if not for lockdown. She has done an amazing job on both occasions, & really friendly as well! Will definitely be back!

1st time at Steph’s Salon today with Harriet. I was made to feel so welcome and immediately relaxed. Such a friendly and professional place. Had a patch test done for colours, which might not sound a lot but having had my hair coloured before, not one salon has ever done this which I can’t understand. So excited for my next appointment. Harriet was fantastic, really on top of the Covid-19 procedures but so cheerful it felt practically like a normal hair appointment! Really happy with my cut (had a good 6” off) and had my bodge of a fringe trim from lockdown fixed. Lovely as usual!

Fantastic experience today following my visit to Steph’s Salon after the lockdown measures have been lifted.
The service is always excellent & friendly & Steph has worked hard to ensure that her employees & clients are safe. I was very impressed to see a one way walkway to enforce social distancing For clients entering & leaving the salon , partitioning screens and all staff wearing a visor. Hand sanitiser was available for staff & clients. I felt very safe on my visit today, thank you Steph and Harriet.
