Lovely to get my hair washed and cut despite being on 24/ 7 oxygen and virtually wheelchair bound. Tracy was so accommodating and did her usual brilliant cut and dry.

I was really really happy with Beatrice’s expertise and attention .. I had quite a complex hair colour but wanted it to be more ash and darker so our initial appointment I felt I wanted it to look less gold - I came back in to see Beatrice about it on Monday and she made it darker today with care and kindness. Also the trainee who washed and dryer my hair was also really really good washing and blow drying my hair.
