I enjoyed it. Would have liked a few more minutes concentrated on neck and shoulders. Products tended to finish on the chin line.
Music was not particularly relaxing (for me).

My experience wasn't as good as I hoped it'd be. I booked the last appointment of the day for a waxing and felt really rushed. Two therapists carried out the treatment in two different rooms which meant I had to put on my clothes walk to a different room etc for reasons I could not understand. The treatment was not carried out to the standards one would hope for. I sent an email to the business hoping they could explain all this weirdness but never heard back. It's not the worst you could have I guess but I'd advice you spent your money somewhere else.

You got me sorted out and fit me in for my treatment on a Sat afternoon, very welcoming, very professional and I really felt at home and had a great treatment with Ella. My daughter was treated by Kristal today,. She was made to feel unwelcome and when she said she is allergic to tea tree this seemed to annoy Kristal as she had to get aloe gel instead. Not what I would have expected.

I’ve just had the best massage in years. I had the hot stone massage, and walked out feeling completely refreshed.
My massage was tailored to my needs and preferences perfectly. My shoulders feel much less tight and she got rid of some big knots! It was also a relaxing experience, even with the hard pressure which I requested. Friendly staff put you at ease and the environment was clean and stylish.
Whether a manicure or a massage, the treatments at Lefroy always leaves you feeling happy and relaxed.
All staff are friendly and the service is excellent!

I’ve been coming to Lefroy for years & always had a great service. This time however was different. I brought my 3 month old to my eyebrow appointment. She started crying towards the end of the appointment. The girl doing my brows was lovely & adaptable & welcoming & said it was fine for me to feed my baby in the room after the appointment. However another member of staff came knocking on the door & coming in to the room & very abruptly saying “there is someone having a massage next door” . When I said I just needed to feed my baby she was clearly not happy with it or with me even being there & made me feel I should leave the premises. She made it clear I wasn’t welcome to feed my baby in the room or the waiting area. The other girl was lovely however & I did stay & feed in the room. I had to then pay the abrupt woman on leaving & she didn’t say thank you or goodbye. It was a horrible experience & I won’t be returning & will be informing other mums. I think it is shocking to treat a paying customer like that. In a place where most clients will be women I was shocked & disgusted & upset by this experience was everyone I have told.
I have been a customer of Lefroy for many years now. The staff are all so welcoming and provide a great service. I would definitely recommend the ladies at Lefroy.

Courtney was a very good massage therapist. She was professional and kind. Her massage technique was very good. It was a very nice massage. My only negative is that it was not quite the whole 45 minutes, more like 40 minutes.
I went in for an eyebrow wax and I was so impressed. The ladies there are lovely and and for a procedure that is ordinarily quite painful I was almost falling asleep as I was having it done. I would definitely recommend.
