Had a Back-Neck-Scalp massage with Jordan and it was easily one of the best and most relaxing I've had. There was no discomfort at all, she managed to find all the knots in my back and the conduct was professional and perfect, from beginning to end. Never had a bad experience with Lefroy, no matter which of the girls are carrying out the service. Lovely place.

Excellent instant results in removing my thread veins with this treatment after laser treatment just didn't work. It stings a little but it's well worth it and Becky is extremely professional and caring. Highly recommended.

Very warm, welcoming atmosphere. My therapist took the time to explain how Reflexology works which I really appreciated as I was a complete ignoramus on the subject. We discussed the reason for my visit, which was sinus trouble and then it was just a case of lying back,closing my eyes and relaxing. Gentle pressure applied all over feet and ankle, enough to feel it but not causing pain. Pretty sure I fell asleep at one point, so that should tell you how good it feels. Have booked again for a months time.
Come here every 4 weeks to have my brows waxed. Love the fact I can book online, the ladies are very friendly and Chatty. They don’t force re-bookings on you or trying and flog products you don’t want. Plus eyebrows always look perfect and it’s very Reasonable .
I popped in for an eyebrow wax, was a bit early but was made to feel very welcome by Meg, love this little bit of me time, the ladies are always lovely.
The young beautician who took my appointment (wax) was fantastic. The treatment quality was very good and her customer service was 5*. I recommend Lefroy to anyone wanting beauty treatments. It is the only place in Exeter I’d go for waxing.
Having had a pedicure before at Lefroy, I booked in for one knowing it would be a lovely pre-baby treat for my feet! Thoroughly relaxing, with a great choice of polish colours to choose from, and an excellent finish all thanks to the lovely Meg! Would definitely recommend.

The whole place is so relaxing the minute you walk in, the smell, the quiet music, the lighting...I only had an eyebrow tint and nearly fell asleep...and my brows are perfect, and the staff are very professional and friendly! Highly recommend.

I've had my nails done here a couple of times and while the staff have been lovely, they were rushed and chipped within a week.
I really enjoyed my aromatherapy BNS and Scalp massage from Crystal today. I was given the opportunity to choose the oil and the pressure as well as highlight any particular areas I was having problems with. She focused on these areas without me having to ask and the result is I feel much more relaxed and definitely want to come again soon.
My daughter and i had a manicure and polish. Lovely staff really relaxing experience. Nails look fabulous. Excellent
