Had the best pedicure with Courtney today, absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend for a well worth relaxation therapy, look after those feet :-)

sorry but it wasnt a good experience. i felt like she didnt bother much to shape them. %60 of my eyebrows were still unplugged in the end. just to have my eyebrows shaped i i wasted 30 minutes of my life. why does it take sooooo long? it could have been finished in 10 minutes max.!

I had the most fantastic Elemis facial with Meg today. I left with my skin glowing and felt so relaxed after the neck and shoulder relax. Will certainly be going back again, lovely salon.
I had some waxing done today with Jordan, she was absolutely brilliant. She was really professional, friendly and chatty. She made me feel at ease during the treatment and the waxing didn’t hurt at all! I will definitely be returning to see Jordan again in the future and will be recccomending her to my friends.

I’ve been using Lefroy for about 5 months now for bikini waxing, and eyebrow threading. The service is always absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to everyone. Affordable but doesn’t skimp on quality!
Staff were professional and friendly, and my back massage was just what I needed to relax! My only concern was that access to the salon is up a lot of stairs which is not ideal for people with mobility issues, but the salon is good when you reach it!

The salon was so relaxing even though i was have hair waxed out, the music in the treatment room relaxed me and didnt have to think about the waxing, the lady waxing my eyebrows was kind and done a great job on them. I will be back
I had my first ever facial at Lefroy and the experience was near on perfect!
The products used were really gentle on my skin and smelt amazing and the experience as a whole relaxed me immensely.
The only downside was the noise you could hear from the street outside (lorries and noisy deliveries) along with some noise from the salon itself. This just slightly detracted from the overall relaxing experience.
Despite the noise I will definitely visit again.
I have regular manicures with Cristal who is a excellent manicurist and knowledgable on products used and gives helpful advice. Cristal and the staff are always friendly and Professional and they make you feel a valued client.
Yet to have a bad experience at Lefroy. Steph is always pleasant and friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Professional staff and relaxing environment.

From enquiry to booking to treatment, I received excellent service. Therapist was friendly and calming. I’ll definitely be switching to this salon for my threading appointments.

I love going to lefroy I have a very busy job and never have time for myself having a daughter that has lots of hobbies outside of school time so it’s nice to once a month go for a little bit of me time the staff make you welcome and gives you a relaxing time right from the get go I look forward to my monthly treat it’s the best £60 I spend!!

I had Cristal for my wax and yet again she was lovely! Friendly but professional! I also had Jordan to do my eyelashes, I love them! I would definitely highly recommend to anyone thinking about it. Made me feel so at ease when I was very nervous!
Everyone came to ask me how it went and to ensure I loved them which made me feel very relaxed in such a lovely work atmosphere.
