A friend recommended the Lefroy Spa to me so we went together and I booked myself for a deep tissue massage while they were getting thread veins treated. The spa staff were very welcoming and friendly. The maseuse offered 2 choices of oil to use, both smelled nice. She was very well experienced and knew exactly what to do. Definitely worth the try!

Following an earlier consultation and test, this was my first full treatment session and Becky was extremely careful, attentive and professional. Even though a tad sore, the results are immediately positive and after just a few days much better. I've just very minor scarr tissue still to heal but it's almost completely clear and I feel much better. Highly recommended...

Jordan was a good therapist and. I enjoyed every minute but when. I arrived home and removed.my socks the varnish on my big toes came off as well. So not happy about that. What can be done about it please.
We are very sorry to hear that the varnish came off your toes when you removed your socks. We do normally advise our clients to sit and wait for them to dry or to wear open toe shoes, we also offer flip flops that you can take away with you. Lefroy is easily the best salon I’ve ever gone to. The staff are so incredibly nice and chatty and really take the time to get to know you. The salon itself is spotless and has a lovely atmosphere. With so many treatments on offer I wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

My daughter got me a voucher for an Indian head massage for Christmas.
I took advantage of a rare day off work to book in, I called in the morning and was able to book an appointment for the same afternoon.
The atmosphere was relaxing the second you walked through the door, the staff were friendly and approachable, I was made to feel very welcome.
The Indian head massage was a lovely experience which I would highly recommend, I will certainly be back.
The only down side was having to leave.

Called today by appointment with Becky to remove a couple of skin tags on an eyelid. My concern was they were near an eye but she fully reassured me. Very professional.

For the last 5 years my daughter and I have been having a Christmas Eve ish massage ( depending on if the calendar falls right!). This year , as always, we were not disappointed by the friendliness of the staff and the enjoyment of the massage. I entered at 11am, asked the therapists what would be most benificial to me, they went over options and costs, booked me in for an appointment within the hour, also offered me other times/days etc.
Very polite and courteous.
The leg massage is required wasn’t freely available on the service list as it most probably isn’t something that is often needed on its own.
I didn’t get the masseuse name but she was very firm, asked if the pressure was given correctly and did an excellent job.
Hope I can run again within the two days she reccomended.

I had 2 different girls today as Meg was away. Both lovely, attentive and gave great customer service.
I am slightly disappointed with my nails, they don't appear to have taken that well - not down to Crystal at all. They just already look like they have started to grow out if that makes sense and I now know to just stick to what I love which is French manicure and not bother choosing a colour as on reflection I don't like it!
Hate to be slightly negative as I love Lefroy, Becky and all of the staff as they are always so friendly and accomodating and hope this comes across when I am there. Just already looking forward to having my nails off which is not me as it is my favourite pamper and having been suffering from being down and had an operation recently so what I had been looking forward to!

Lydia was very nervous about having her ears pierced but found it a breeze today, the salon was very calming and couldn't of asked for a better lady to have put her at ease and give a beautiful result. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone taking their children to get their ears pierced.
Went for my 3rd full body massage at Lefrom today and I'm never disappointed! Considering its city centre location, you can walk in and completely forget the hustle and bustle, very relaxing!

My 10 yr old daughter had her ears pierced. It was a nice experience, Courtney was lovely and explained everything but more importantly took the time to make sure the earring were symmetrical andcthey were perfect.
They are wonderful. Hands down, the best waxing job I've ever had. Courtney was friendly, made me comfortable instantly. She was so deft, it barely hurt, even with a full Hollywood wax. Definitely my go to place from now, and can't wait to try their other services.
