It's really nice to go to a salon where they know exactly what to do and don't push a hard sell of their products. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door and they are really friendly

Lovely staff and knowledgeable in beauty treatments, I had my eyelashes done here and they look great and the beautician was really great, she has been qualified for 12 years and still is cheerful and enjoys her job. Thank you.

I've been here before many times before and I always receive the best service but today Amy did both my gels and they were amazing but also she threaded my brows and I have never had these done before today and I couldn't be happier with them.

I had a waxing appointment with Megan. She was lovely, professional but friendly.

to have a skin tag removed from my eyelid .I was put at ease when procedure was explained ,I relaxed and had nothing to worry about it was over in seconds iam so pleased with results and service..

Today I treated myself to a pedicure. For 75 minutes I was in heaven. the salon is so beautiful & calming & the staff are just perfect. Everything else didn't matter while it was just about me !!

Right from the start of my consultation to the end of my treatment my technician Becky was great. All of my queries were answered without hesitation, so you know your dealing with professionals. I was delighted to get my treatments right away. Now that's service!. I would recommend Lefroy to anyone.

I have been visiting your salon since 2013 and I can honestly say there is nowhere better in Exeter. All of the staff are warm, friendly and professional and always do their best to make sure you leave feeling pampered. I try and see Meg as regularly as I can for a massage and she always does an excellent job and I leave feeling like a weight has been lifted. I will keep coming back to Lefroy, you ladies are the best.

Had a full body massage with Amy today and it was brilliant! A lovely dimly lit room to make you feel relaxed with a heated bed and she worked on all the knots and tension- checking the pressure was ok. I've booked in for the same thing next month and I already can't wait!

Happy with the end result of my Brazilian wax, consultant was very pleasant and down to rather and we had a nice chat which made the experience less uncomfortable. Overall would visit again before my next holiday

My experience today was professional in lovely surroundings. The therapist was very helpful. I'm definitely returning for another skin treatment.
