Don't be fooled by the entrance. Upstairs is a large, warm, welcoming salon with spacious treatment rooms and lovely sofas for relaxing. My daughter and I had holistic massage and hot stones. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. A relaxing cup of tea served after treatments. Centrally positioned but away from the crowded streets. Thoroughly recommended

I initially tried out the eyebrow and upper lip waxing and was very, very happy with the results. I asked for a cleanup, keeping thickness in my eyebrows and I was given just that. No excessive waxing. I was really well taken care of the whole time and the therapist was so lovely!
LPL hair removal is a service they offer, which I had been wanting to get. The treatment is painful but it was expected and I was informed of it. I could pause for a few minutes if need be. The therapist was very reassuring and professional. The results were exceptional from the first session. I did not expect it! Of course, it is different for everyone, but has worked wonders on me.

I had the most wonderful massage followed by facial, given by Jess. Felt amazing afterwards and my skin looked better than it's looked for years. My daughter also had a facial given by Lucy and thought it was amazing (it was her first one ever). Salon is very elegant and immaculate and I was super-comfortable on the heated bed!

To be honest, my least painful wax! Lucy does it in long strips meaning the experience is quicker. The overall wax is very smooth and clean, and she uses a technique different that others. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND lefroy salon, the girls are always so kind and experienced!!! No embarrasments here i love it.

I liked the result of the treatment and the therapist is very kind and caring. So, I will book regularly with her later.
What I did not like, that the towels used to wipe the skin during the treatment are better to be white and new.
Because I noticed that their color is dark and after using they were not placed in a special basket for re-washing.

As far as a wax can be said to be a positive experience, this salon did it well. The salon has a really relaxing atmosphere, is very professional, and the wax was good. I would definitely go back.
