Professional and relaxing - I am so pleased to have found a place for treatments where the staff are so friendly, happy to explain everything to you and the whole experience was just very calming and nice- and I was there for a wax!

Has to be one of the best massages I have had.. I've been feeling so tense and uncomfortable for weeks. She really worked on those tight areas. I will definitely be back. The place itself was beautiful, smelt amazing. The music was too loud for a “spa” environment in my opinion.
The lady who did my wax was lovely. Absolutely no complaints about the service they were all so friendly.
BUT the wax itself was average, considering I didn’t have much hair to remove, I got home to find she had missed a whole area which I now have to shave which is a bit frustrating.

I had a lovely spray tan experience for my wedding - colour is amazing, looks so natural and no streaks at all. The team were so kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Another great visit to Lefroy. Was a tadge nervous as my usual beautician is on maternity but Lucy (the beautician who took on my appointment) was brilliant. Great service with a lovely beautician. Cannot recommend this salon enough.
I had a gel manicure for the first time in yonks! I came with my mother in law for some much needed girl time. I asked beforehand if we could be sat with each other throughout (as my mother in law was having a pedicure so we would’ve been separated) and they went out of their way to accommodate this for us :) Straightaway we were very impressed by the atmosphere- lovely relaxing music, beautifully decorated environment and warm and welcoming staff. The girl who did our nails, Katie, was absolutely lovely. She was very skilled and friendly, and left us both loving our nails/toes and feeling very pampered. After I left I realised something was wrong with a nail (that I now realise was quite likely due to me using hand sanitiser straight after!!) and Katie was very accommodating, squeezing me back in straightaway to sort it out, making sure they looked absolutely perfect and that I was happy. I am one very pleased girl- my nails look amazing and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Works definitely recommend! X
This was my first hydrofacial and while I k ew the basics, it was lovely that every stage was explained clearly. It was a lovely relaxibg experience and so far it hasn't inflamed my sensitive skin. The only reason it doesn't get the full five stars was because the noise outside was so loud that I couldn't actually hear the music.

I regularly visit Lefroy and have always received the best service and walk away very happy. Unfortunately, on this occasion, I do feel disappointed by my most recent experience. I had a manicure on Friday 30th July, at 4.15pm and it felt very rushed. I do wonder whether there had been confusion with what I had booked but nonetheless, I paid for a full manicure and I don't feel I received the full treatment. In the past when I have booked a manicure, I have received a hand massage, oils on the cuticle areas, and after care/ protection on the painted nails. I didn't say anything at the time because I thought that must have been what I booked, however, I have looked at your price list and I feel like I received the "express manicure" - and it did feel very rushed. My therapist finished painting my nails at 4.55pm and said I could go now, just as she was screwing the lid on the bottle! I knew my nails would still be wet and tacky so asked if I could stay a while to let the dry and was told I could wait for 5 minutes. I realised then that you must close at 5pm and I felt very uncomfortable as I was being rushed out, despite my nails only just being finished painted. I'm also sad to say that having spent the evening doing nothing, my nails this morning have lost their shiny, smooth appearance. The reason why I booked for a manicure is because I am attending a wedding on Monday and I wanted to relieve the stress of having to do them myself. I want to reiterate that your staff are very friendly and not rude, but on this occasion I do not feel I got what I paid for.

Excellent experience getting my daughters ears pierced. Very calm explanation of what was going on throughout (my daughter loved knowing what to expect), and took a lot of care to make sure the piercings were even. Very clear guidance on aftercare as well. Highly recommended, thank you for taking such care.

The procedure was amazing as they told me what was happening step by step and how long each bit took, which help relax me. This was an amazing experience and would highly recommend.
