Lovely and highly capable service in a relaxing funky space. Went in looking lockdown gremlin, came out with the prettiest feet and eyebrows ever. Can highly recommend.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was very soothing and calming. The staff were friendly and professional and I really enjoyed my session there and will be booking in again soon
It was a great experience to visit Lefroy after the lockdown period. The staff is very professional, extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. I can definitely recommend this salon for waxing as well as other services such as massage or IPL.

I felt very welcome and enjoyed the relaxing ambience and careful waxing I was given. I was impressed by the arrangements for Covid security. A small pity is climbing quite a lot of stairs to reception but the exercise will do me good!......and I’ll certainly book again.

Had a hot stone full body massage. Lucy (I think) was kind,informative, thorough and the massage itself was amazing. Less pain in my back and so relaxed. The whole team seems so friendly and welcoming makes such a different. Booked myself in again in a weeks times.

The salon feels as covid safe as anywhere could be. No corners cut and this makes for as near as normal ( PPE, hand sanitizer and temp checks are going to be the new norm!) experience as could be

I was insisting to complete 4 bookings in 30 minutes for hair removal but the salon didn’t agree. I was disappointed as UK is going to lockdown in 2 days time and made a last minute appointment to this salon. As soon as I laid down on the treatment bed, it was warm and so relaxing my stress suddenly disappeared whilst the surround music was playing. I normally have my threading/waxing done in Bristol but I normally cried as it was usually rush and painful. Today’s therapist was so gentle and my husband said it was neat and beautifully done. A friendly and inviting space. The staff were really helpful and happy, the products were fab and during Covid they are doing everything to minimize exposure. I really enjoyed the experience and loved my facial. Overall AMAZING!

Over the years I have had waxing, threading, laser hair removal. All have been excellent. Gorgeous surrounding s, always very clean and friendly, informative staff. Prices are not above average.
