A beautiful aura as soon as you walk in. Very professional and friendly staff. I was early for my treatment and it was even relaxing whilst I was waiting, with relaxing aromas and gentle music, you certainly don’t feel in the centre of the city! This was my first visit and I’ll certainly will be back regularly now! I can honestly recommend Lefroy in every way! First class!
I’d been holding off on doing any brow maintenance during lockdown and thank goodness for today’s visit! Brow tint and shape and I’m glad I didn’t try it myself. Will definitely return for further treatments.
I have not been in since march due to covid, but I felt save during my visit with the infection control measures that were in place, and Jasmine was so nice and very friendly and delivered a high standard of care, I felt like a new woman walking out of the salon.

Neck back and shoulder massage was wonderful but felt rushed..£40 for less than 30 mins to me was over priced,, my daughter had a massage at the same time hers lasted longer but she said it was awful she wasn’t asked her problem areas and what pressure she would like
I visited for a Bikini Wax with Meg at Lefroy in August 2020, and felt completely safe and well looked after visiting the salon. They are taking great care to operate hygienically and reduce transmission risk of Covid-19, and I felt so good about my visit that I would not hesitate to rebook. I also can't recommend Meg enough! I've been booking with her for years and she does a wonderful job and always makes me feel at ease.

I love coming here. No matter what treatment it is, this place is a little spa for me every time. It’s beautifully clean and calm, my mind instantly relaxes every time I walk in. Always the same experience, high standards and friendly faces.
Overall Lefroy provided a wonderful experience as per usual. Despite the limitations forced on them by COVID-19 they provided an excellent level of service. Most Importantly, I felt safe during my treatment
I’ve never had a bikini wax before and was really nervous but the beautician made me feel really relaxed and did an amazing job. I also feel it was priced very reasonably. I’ll definitely be back :)
First visit to Lefroy after receiving a gift voucher for my birthday. Very impressed with the ambiance, cleanliness ( especially now during the Covid pandemic) and the professionalism from Courtney who made me feel so welcome, looked after me so well that I will tell my friends and will return soon.
