I’m a frequent customer at Lefroy. The staff are friendly and professional. I’ve always been pleased with treatments I’ve had there. Their hygiene practices are very thorough and I felt totally comfortable and safe there, going in post-lockdown. Hand gel, masks, temperature taking, and social distance observed.
Meg was amazing today. On time and very professional. I will go to the spa again in the next couple of months. Very good all in all.
Meg always offer great customer service and the place has a good atmosphere (clean and relaxing).

Being an Asian, my eyebrows are not the easiest to deal with & also being an Asian I can better judge the craft of the person doing my Eyebrows as the practice is rooted in South Asia.
As I was in a hurry I couldn’t advise ***** that day but then threading is all about bringing the thread as close to the root of the hair as possible. The only reason you may not want to do it is maybe because the pulling of the thread may hurt your fingers, but then the job is half done really.
I am somewhat satisfied I would say and as there are next to no viable options for threading in Exeter town I will definitely comeback and rely on your helpful staff.
I’ve visited Lefroys many of times in the last 13 years and never been disappointed. I had a different member of the team for my thigh wax and was a little disappointed with the finished result as several patches of hair were still present after the wax. I asked the member of staff to correct these before I left which she did diligently but unfortunately once home I noticed some also on the backs of my legs. Due to this I do not feel £22 for a patchy wax is good value and the finished result is disappointing. Service, cleanliness and atmosphere 5 stars as always though.
