I always feel so welcomed and looked after by the ever friendly team. Every treatment I have from express manicure to luxury facial is carried out with care and attention and I leave feeling boosted and beautiful ready to live my busy life. My visits to Lefroy are rare moments for myself as a busy working Mum of 3 and the calm and relaxing experience I always have at Lefroy sets me on my way ready to face the challenges of life with a bit more of a shine and sparkle! Thank you especially to Meg who treats me the most. She never disappoints with her fantastic, quality treatments.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The products and treatments are high quality. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. I've received a variety of treatments at Lefroy and am never disappointed by the results. I can't recommend them enough.
Really enjoyed my first visit to Lefroy. I was surprised by how relaxing and how friendly the team were (normally I feel quite intimidated in these places). Fab manicure. I definitely will be back.

I get exceptional treatment from Courtney whatever I have done. I am made to feel spoiled rotten and again cannot recommend this beauty salon enough.

Absolutely perfect treatment not at all what I expected, virtually pain free just minor discomfort, Becky was very patient and assuring giving informative advise. The treatment price was the cheapest I found on the internet and I will most certainly go again for my next treatment. I will strongly recomend a visit to anyone needing treatment
Why do pedicures make you feel so good? My feet look slender, healthy and feel soft and truly pampered. Made the most of wearing flip flops to let the nail polish dry whilst walking round town. Happy feet!
I have just had a thigh and bum lift, done by Meg. The whole experience was amazing and incredibly relaxing. Meg explained the whole procedure beforehand and asked if I had any questions afterwards. Thank you very much to Christal for the manicure. The whole experience was lovely and relaxing. It was a pity I fell at the bottom of the stairs on the way out but Chrystal was great- coming down to help me and re-doing one of my nails which was affected when I fell.
Sorry!! It seems that the hairs I saw were actually just sitting stuck on my skin.... and not attached! Haha! So I’m happy with the results. Apologies!!!
First of all- lovely staff and very friendly. Had a 30 min threading apt for eyebrows/ top lip and chin. I have very fine blonde hairs and there are quite a few of them if you look closely enough!
I was in for a maximum of 10 mins- (bearing in my the apt was meant to be 30 mins long.... I guess to get every hair!!) charged £28 (£28!!!!!) and went home. Looked in mirror and hairs still on my face so now have to go somewhere else or spend ages plucking them out with tweezers. Really not happy and would like a refund.
Would like to stress the staff are very nice and the girl who did my threading was very polite. You just want to get out of the building really after threading as you’re red and have a wet face from your eyes watering so you really can’t concentrate fully on the result.
This was lovely and done very professionally. Well pleased and would recommend.

I have been going to Lefroys for over 10 years for various treatments. The staff, Meg and Steph in particular, are absolutely lovely and very capable. It’s a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere and you just feel really looked after.
Chrystal is always really friendly and is guaranteed to make the wax quick and with great results!

I was very pleased with my manicure and gel pedicure with Becky. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with my spray tan. Can’t remember the name of the girl that did it but she was very polite but I hardly have any colour at all. I couldn’t even make out the line of the pants the next day. I have had spray tans with you previously and been very pleased with the result. Not sure if there is something wrong with the equipment? I didn’t feel the coldness of the spray and it wasn’t sticky and didn’t need to dry it. I should have said something at the time but I was in a hurry. I am now on holiday but am planning on calling the salon on my return to discuss this. Naomi Goldstraw
