Hollie did a great job as always colouring my hair, then Racheal do the blow dry and gave it a slight wave, she listened to what I wanted and I couldn’t of asked for more, really happy, thank you ?

This is my 2nd visit now to Meraki, I have Holly doing colour correction on my hair and must say I am extremly happy with the results.
You never feel rushed, a lovely salon where everyone is friendly and welcoming. Coming out feeling like you have had 5 star experience.

I had an excellent experience today. Rhian really took into consideration my curly hair and cut it accordingly. She gave me great some great tips and shared her knowledge. This is the first time I’ve ever felt a hairdresser cut my hair for me according to my hair type.The salon was also fantastic with my 7 year old, very kind and he had a hot choc to keep him happy. I am so happy to have had my hair done by Ruby. Previously, I have always struggled to find a stylist who has taken the time to consult me and understand what it is I am after!
My hair feels incredible and the service from start to finish was absolutely incredible! I wouldn’t let anybody else touch my hair now other than Ruby I am excited for my next appointment already, I would highly recommend Ruby to anyone! Professional, Friendly and Incredibly Talented! If I could give 6 stars I would! This was a new treat for me, BIAB manicure with hand scrub and nail art. Beth is super talented, really friendly and I was mesmerised just watching her. Thea best one in Exeter. All staff are friendly, and professional. The place is super clean, smells nice and you feel at home when you’re there. Abi is amazing, lovely and very talented as well. She knows exactly how to deal with my hair type, styling it very good and usually I’d get lots of compliments about it. I go there every week or two as a self treat. I have also tried their facial therapy as well. Totally worth it to give yourself a treat even once in awhile

2 words - Miracle Worker. My hair was not in a great state, from going to multiple hairdressers and moving around often, it’s been over bleaches and my roots were not a pretty sight. Ruby literally transformed my hair and we agreed to put some low lights through to slowly transition back a more natural blonde, it looked seamless. Best hairdresser I’ve been to in years, couldn’t recommend more highly.

In addition the service was incredible, had a neck and upper back massage and was made to feel totally relaxed throughout the whole process! I wouldn’t go anywhere else again.

The salon has a lovely ambience and is very professional. The reception staff were very efficient, whilst a junior accompanied me to a seat and ensured I was made very comfortable. The stylist then discussed with me what I wanted, and spent a considerable time making and explaining suggestions. I was very pleased with the end result and found the atmosphere extremely pleasant and calming. To conclude it was a really lovely experience.

I enjoyed my session with Ruby she was kind and sensitive to my needs! My hair is v difficult and I'm having treatment elsewhere for hair loss. But I was really pleased with the cut she gave me and the products she recommended which I think will be really helpful. Thank you Ruby.
