As always Angela cut my hair beautifully, I am always happy with how she does it. Not only is the cut wonderful and lasts but Angela and all the staff are friendly and chatty adding to the overall experience. I keep returning and each time ask Angela to cut my hair, she understands what I want and I always leave smiling.

Had a fabulous cut and blowdry with Laura today. Also had a relaxing and calming head wash and massage by someone, but sadly I missed their name! Overall, very calm salon and I love the cut!

Shannon always makes me feel comfortable when I come to the salon. She’s highly skilled and listens to what you are wanting to try and achieve. Lisa was amazing, she broke down the cost of my treatment and also got my hair exactly how I wanted it. Lisa was very welcoming made me feel very relaxed.

I had an outstanding experience at Saks. Jake was very friendly and approachable. He carefully listened to what I wanted done to my hair and did exactly what I asked for. All the products he used were really good and left my hair smelling amazing.

On a recent visit to Exeter and with no plans for a visit to a hair salon I walked past Saks and loved its vibe. I went in and asked for a same day appointment. Very fortunately Ellie (salon owner) had time for me and I had a very rewarding experience on many levels. From the massage chair to the head massage to the engaging conversation with Ellie and a new haircut I love. I've booked my next appointment already!

Chloe did a great job of sorting out my hair after I had tried to cut it myself previously! She was very friendly and patient and my hair looks great.
