I recently attended the clinic for electrolysis. I was very well looked after and the treatment was excellent resulting in very little redness.

I had a facial last friday and it has been a wonderful experience.
Sian (or Shawn?) was amazing very patient and competent.
She gave me advice and explain to me many aspects of skin care.
It was very helpful.
I will come back for another treatment.

I used to go here all the time for my bikini wax but I moved away for a few years now back in the area it was great to revisit and work with a new beautician Sian. I suffer with sensitive skin and have had burning, ripping experiences from previous salons. Sian took care and did a fab job. If you have sensitive skin she is your lady and TAO is the place!

Had a consultation about starting laser treatment with beauty therapist Chelsea,
She made me feel welcome and at ease with the areas I wanted laser. Anyone looking to start laser I really recommend going to tao skin clinic, they are so professional and welcoming.

Michele did a fantastic job intimate waxing, really relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend, also Chelsea made a great cuppa !.

It was my first time visiting the TAO clinic and Michelle was very easy to communicate with and immediately made me feel at ease. I had quite a number on skin tags namely under my armpits, but the real bug bearers were some on my eyelids. A delicate piece of work, but Michelle took her time and was able to successfully remove them, so 10 out 10 from me

I've been having treatments with Chelsea at TAO for a few years now and am always so grateful for her honest skincare advice, professionalism and general loveliness! I've had both electrolysis and facials with her and couldn't recommend more. The electrolysis has really helped me gain confidence, and she knows exactly which facials to recommend to get the results I want. The TAO salon is also a lovely place to be- always so relaxing and welcoming as soon as I walk in the door.

Once again a fab experience visiting the clinic . Katie was as lovely as ever - friendly , professional and once again excellent care and attention and I left very happy with my eyebrows .

I had the very best experience with Chelsea, she explained the best option between laser and electrolysis hair removal. I learnt a lot, felt welcomed and looking forward to my sessions.

I had an initial laser consultation with Chelsea this evening, she made me instantly feel comfortable and at ease with a treatment I really didn't know very much about.

Nice to come and meet everyone! Really helpful people. I was a little unsure about how some of the the services work, but everything was explained beautifully and I felt like I was in very safe hands. Maybe a touch more expensive than some services I've seen/used but it's pretty clear that you're paying for the expertise, and I have no doubt that the girls at Tao will do everything they can to get good results and make you feel comfortable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent removal of a Milia just by the side of my eye and located on my eyelid .. well happy with the result as it’s been there for around 3 years. Great relaxing facial too by well experienced professional.

I visited recently for a Hydradermie facial with Katie. It was fabulous! Katie was very professional and friendly from the moment I got there to the moment I left, making me feel welcome and valued. She even kindly took a photo of me when I requested it. The facial itself was absolute bliss and I left feeling relaxed, pampered and with soft and hydrated skin. My husband even noticed how different I looked when he got home from work. I will definitely be back for more. Extremely highly recommended beautician, treatment and salon.

Another lovely Manicure today from Katie at the lovely Tao. Always a pleasure to go in there, you are always made to feel very welcome. Coffee or tea if you want. Always look forward to my visits and my treatments. All the girls are lovely too…soo friendly. Would highly recommend the Tao.

I absolutely love coming to Tao Clinic, the staff are very friendly and helpful and very professional in their work and care passionately about what they do.
I've been treated by Chelsea and Sharn, and simply cannot fault them. I will definitely be taking up another block booking when this one is finished.

First time here and I had a great experience. All staff were really welcoming and kind. Sharn made me feel very comfortable and we had a lovely conversation together.

Had my nails done this morning with Shellac with Katie, excellent manicure, as always, lovely Salon, very welcoming with lovely staff.

I love having treatments here. I have had my nails done today, they look great. Katie was friendly and professional as usual. I always get such positive comments about my nails when I am out. I can’t recommend Tao highly enough.

Just had another electrolysis session on my long journey, this time with Michelle. As ever, excellent service and I can see progress, (despite my impatience!) Even though she worked on my top lip, Michelle's expertise meant that it didn't hurt too much. I really look forward to coming in as all the staff are so nice, it really is like catching up with friends rather than having treatment.

I was recommended to go to Tao to have my nails painted from a client of mine who is a regular at the salon. I was overall disappointed with the experience from the start. I walked into the salon, and was not welcomed with a smile, or an hello until the receptionist got off the phone, which took a while.
The lady who did my nails seemed nice, brief conversation. She asked me what shape I wanted straight or curved. I said straight. She started to round my nails, I reminded her that I wanted them straight. She said that she didn’t want the edges sharp. She then showed me one hand, they were not straight, a bit wonky, so mentioned again I want them shaped straight. When finished, I had a look, there was varnish on my fingers, under the nails. The overall finish was not perfect and surprised that she didn’t want me to check that I was happy with the treatment at the end.
Her next client was waiting. When I paid with the same therapist serving me, I was charged more than what was said on the phone when asked. The beautician then rushed off to sort her room out for her next client waiting. I didn’t expect to file some of the nails straight when I got home. Within the following week, one of the nails has chipped.
Sadly, I won’t be returning to this salon.

I have been to Sharn since last summer and I always look forward to seeing her smiling face. She always puts me at ease and does wonderful treatments on me in a professional, and caring manner . She a credit to the business. I will certainly return for other treatments .
