I highly recommend Tracey as she has a lot of experience and hairdressing is her passion. Clearly shows in her cutting skills and I love the style she’s created for me today. I went into the salon today with very dull, fed up hair. I had the pleasure of Mia colouring my hair and I am so In love with it !!! The staff were very accommodating and overall I had a lovely experience. Mia did a wonderful job and I would recommend her to anyone. I will definitely be returning:)

Worst cut and blow dry ever, my colours were run and when I complained I was told not too worry. Blow dry was a waste of time and was left in a terrible state.
Never again!

Sam did a fantastic job on my hair. Definitely recommend.

Booked in with this salon to get the 'natural gloss' dye to my natural ash blonde level 8 to cover some growing out highlights, as well as a trim. After arriving at my booked time, I was left to wait for over 40 minutes when they told me I didn't have a booking, then when they found it, my hair was dyed deep WARM BLACK, my hair dried like straw, the hairdresser forgot to cut it while it was wet and ended up doing it dry, not styling it or anything as I had requested, and then the salon overcharged me by 60 pounds what the quote was when I made the booking.
You can definitely get a better result with box dye and kitchen scissors at home, and not be subject to the hostile and rude workers, being overcharged, and having your hair absolutely ruined...

So grateful to be scooped up by Leslie today. Given the attention, care and beautiful haircut I needed to hit the rest of December with. Thank you!

Called into Toni and Guy without an appointment, was fitted in with only a half hour wait.
Enjoyed being shampooed and a relaxing head massage.
Katie my Stylist listened to what I had in mind and did a marvellous transformation of my previously neglected hair. Such a great cut and style, thank you so much Katie.
Thank you also to the Staff who brought me two refreshing coffees and a delicious selection of fresh fruits.

Such great team work from colour specialist Abbey and fabulous stylist Sam who has been cutting my hair for over a year now! not forgetting all the other staff who made coffee, brought me fresh fruit and a glass of Prosecco. Visited Exeters newly revamped interior hair stylist today. 4 March 2022. Loved the new interior & separate wash area with massage chairs. Hair colour done by Abby . Always had great results from her. Staff cheerful & polite. Salon spotless.

I had a cut and blow dry today, I needed a lot cutting of and hoped for a re style, I came out with the same but shorter… I asked a few time for it to be more layered and showed her the photo I hoped for twice, I appreciate I have difficult hair but I now hair a cut Lego head hair cut that I asked not to have. The shampoo wasn’t great she literally rubbed my head a few time that was it!!
I was asked if I would like a treatment as I was early for my appointment but was not told it would cost me an extra £35!! To bring my total bill to £87
I was really looking forward to a new look and have come away disappointed ?

The salon was busy, & bustling, as expected after lockdown. The staff were all friendly & pleasant. I wanted a good deal off my hair, as it’s been several months since I had a cut. I’m not very good at explaining, so I had a picture to help. The girl that cut my hair was lovely. But I asked several times to have the weight trimmed out. When the wet cut was finished, she said that she would cut into in when it was dry. Ok. She dried it wavy, and I was amazed that she coaxed a curl out. When I asked again if she was going to cut into it, to take some of the weight out, to which there was 2 snips of the hair. As a result, my hair was washed & dried.... but the cut part was negligible. I was hoping for a restyle, and I got a small trim & a blowdry. Very disappointed.

As usual wonderful cut and service cannot fault it

I had an appointment today with Abbey for a colour followed by Adele for a cut. I was very impressed by the service . Abbey gave clear explanations and I was very pleased with the end result. Adele in my opinion is a first class stylist who takes great pride in her work.

I only moved to Devon in May and despite lockdown restrictions, I have managed to have 3 haircuts (all by Billy - who is excellent). The booking process is great whether online or over the phone, staff are all really friendly and helpful and Billy managed to make growing out a scalp bleached, complicated undercut style look really easy with his skillful cutting and styling abilities.

Dan worked really hard to get me an appointment with Louis when his book was full. I accepted a cancellation appointment and as alway was delighted with my hair and the time I spent with Louis.

A good experience as always . Friendly staff and good environment.

Second visit in a week. Great cut from Billy last week and half head hi lights today with Fran. Loved the colour and it was great that the stylists are so accomplished and take so much care. Perfect ?❤️?

Thanks to the Exeter team. Fantastic haircut (as always ?) and I felt safe with all the COVID safety measures in place.

I've been having my hair cut (and highlighted periodically) at Toni & Guy Exeter for many years now. Jamie is my stylist and he is wonderful! He makes my hair look amazing every time and he always gives me practical advice on the best way to look after my hair, including the most appropriate products to use. I also hugely look forward to our catch up chats! A visit to Toni & Guy is always such a treat for me, a chance to spend an hour or so away from my hectic office life! I highly recommend.

An excellent salon. Staff really nice and very skilled. I have Adele and she is great at cutting and understanding what I want. Have tried other salons but came back as T&G is so much better. It is a really calm and safe place even when busy.

Beautiful, glossy colour from Fran and cut just lovely from Billy - as usual. Always made to feel welcome and everyone adhering to good hygiene practice from arrival to payment.

This was my second visit, following a very successful cut and blow-dry with Carly six weeks ago. This time I had a colour with Abby, and then another cut with Carly. I am delighted with both. Carly has a great understanding of my hair, and how it should be styled.

I had an excellent haircut with a hair dresser named Carly. I had an overall good experience with Toni and guys yesterday.

Today, after Bex had finished my full head of highlights, the young lady who washed and conditioned my hair and a charming gent who blow dried my locks, I left the salon with a superb head of hair. I defy anybody to get a better look, customer service and total satisfaction, that I got today. Well done team, you have made me feel and look better, thanks X

My stylist for several months has been Jodie who has an amazing skill, my hair style lasts and her understanding of what I am aiming for is like a breath of fresh air.
